Fandom Realm, founded in 2016 by three engineering students passionate about pop culture, is a Vasai-based merchandise company specializing in fan art-based products celebrating TV series, anime, superheroes, movies, and games. The company required comprehensive brand identity development and retail marketing materials to establish market presence in India’s growing pop culture merchandise sector and compete with established players while maintaining their authentic, youth-driven positioning.

The design approach centered on capturing the energy and enthusiasm of fandom culture through bold, dynamic visual language. The intricate hand-drawn illustrations incorporated iconic pop culture elements—from superhero symbols to anime references—creating instantly recognizable brand touchpoints that resonate with their millennial and Gen-Z target audience. The tagline “Where Pop Culture Meets Art” guided all design decisions, ensuring every touchpoint communicated creativity, authenticity, and passion for fandoms.
