Big Boss Shoes, established since 1994 with multiple retail locations across Vasai, Nallasopara, Virar, and Ahmedabad, required a modern brand identity to strengthen their market presence and appeal to younger consumers. The project encompassed comprehensive brand redesign, new logo development, and premium packaging solutions that reflect the brand’s 30-year legacy while communicating contemporary retail sophistication.​​

The design philosophy merged the brand’s established reputation with dynamic visual language. The new logo features an intertwined letter ‘B’ with flowing lines that suggest motion and confidence, symbolizing the journey of success with every step. The vibrant purple and orange color palette represents energy, accessibility, and trust—values central to the brand’s customer-centric approach.
